HaloYard works with interior designers, architects, hotels, restaurants, short lets and studios. This page is for anyone specifying on behalf of someone else.

What a trade account includes

• 10 percent off every order, at any order value, with no minimum and no expiry. On approval your account is tagged for trade and issued a trade code to enter at checkout.
• 20 percent on projects above £20,000, subject to approval. Send the schedule and we will confirm the rate in writing before you specify.
• Priority handling. Trade orders are prepared and inspected first, which pulls time out of the front of the lead time.
• A named contact. Real dimensions, real materials, real lead times, and a straight answer when something will not arrive in time for an install date.
• Lead time planning. Most pieces are prepared to order and take around three to four weeks, and a small number held in the United Kingdom arrive in 2 to 6 working days. Send the install date and we will say plainly whether it is achievable.
• Samples of key materials on request, before committing a client to a finish.

How to apply

Applications are made through the short form below. It takes about two minutes and asks only for what we need to set the right tier: your business, what you specify for, and rough annual volume.

Applications are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days and answered either way. On approval we tag your customer account for trade and email you the trade code, which then works on every order you place from that account. We only accept applications from registered businesses specifying on behalf of clients.

Not trade, but placing a large order?

Larger orders are discounted automatically at checkout, with no code needed. The rate is set by the value of the order rather than the number of pieces in it.

• Orders over £1,000 take 5 percent off
• Orders over £2,500 take 7.5 percent off
• Orders over £5,000 take 10 percent off

The saving comes off the whole order, the pieces do not have to match, and no application is required.

The trade rate and the order value rate are alternatives rather than additions: checkout applies whichever is better for the order, never both. In practice a trade account is worth more on everything below £5,000, and the two meet at 10 percent above it, which is where the 20 percent project rate takes over.

Specifying a whole floor, a full fit out, or repeat units across multiple rooms? Apply below and tell us the volume. Above £20,000 we can price a project directly, hold stock against a schedule, and stage deliveries to match a programme rather than sending everything at once.

Delivery, returns and payment

Delivery is free across the United Kingdom on every order, including trade. Timings are set out in our Shipping Policy, returns in our Refund Policy, and payment options, including bank transfer for trade and Klarna, in our Billing Terms and Conditions.
