No, it is the cover only, so you can use the inners you already have.

How should I wash it?

We recommend a gentle cold wash and drying flat, with no iron on the textured side.

Which colour is the lightest?

Oatmeal, a pale greyish cream. Sand is a warmer beige, and Camel a step darker.
